So we stayed here for 5 nights and yes what an amazing experience it was! Everything was up to the mark, the food, rooms , washrooms and all the amenities! The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent and so was the pool, and they have some fun games for kids too!! Definitely recommend 👍🏻

I just loved it!!!! The food was great and Mr. Khan in the restaurant was giving us excellent options with awesome tasty foods. The service is very good. It would be a perfect 10/10 holiday if it had beach ⛱️ and shacks. But it's definitely a 9/10 and will definitely love to go there again. The swimming 🥽 pool was clean, the dining and in room service was great.

One of the best stays in south. so pleasant and clam environment. Those who are looking to relax this is the best option as you can chill in pool and it has a restaurant which has alot of varieties with good taste. Beach is just walkable. Services provided restaurant Robinson is really appreciating. Rest of the staff is also very helpful.

This new year we decided to spend a quality time with our 7 month old in goa. Fortune Resort was no doubt the best decision which we took for our holidays. It was a perfect place with all the amenities. Above all should definitely thank each and every staff member who were very cordial, gentle and available round the clock. Sometimes travelling with babies wouldn't work as expected. Our baby developed fever on the following day of our stay.Since we were new to the place we were clueless about the hospitals in South Goa. Instantly receptionist connected to the in-house doctor for queries. However, that night our babies temperature raised and we had to take her to hospital. Around 3.30am seeked the help of the receptionist and he immediately assisted us in every possible way. We are indebted to express our gratitude to him ( forgot his name in the chaos) and Mr. Shankar the manager who helped us by going out of his way at that odd hour of the day. He drove us to the hospital and ensured that the baby is taken good care of. The way he took care of us during those difficult times have etched in our hearts for lifetime. I'm sure everyone who is working in the resort ensured about the wellbeing and happiness of their customers.The resort had all the facilities and the people who work there from the reception desk to the higher grade officer happen to be very much sincere and dedicated in their work. They are a true assets to the resort. They add value to their customers through their services. Though our vacation ended up to be a staycation. With zero regret we left the city. Cause we had a perfect room with a view. The food was delicious and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of varieties to kick start the day with. Exploring the number of cuisines served and tasting them itself felt like a huge celebration. Everyone who worked in the restaurant ensured about the availability of food, and cleanliness amidst the huge crowd. They were very proactive. On the whole it was worth spending each penny for the most unforgettable eve. I'm sure it was the resort which gave us such an wonderful experience. Kudos to the team.

Rooms services is good. Ambience and food not great. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was arranged ok. The warm containers for food were very cumbersome to use. Their leads were self closing. Guests were having great difficulty to get food. Many were spilling. After informing the management they gave a cold acknowledgement maybe it's beyond them to do anything about same. Improve your food servicing containers. Guests don't need to be punished for eating at your restaurants

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
