This is more of a review of some specific aspects of the hotel we experienced. I did not stay there but dropped in for a cup of coffee and to use the facilities. The staff was extremely hospitable. Rizwan at the Deli took time out to show me the property and didn’t allow me to pay for my coffee. The property is large by Srinagar standards. Can’t speak for the rooms but overall the property has a serene and welcoming vibe. The staff is up there with some of the warmest I’ve encountered. It was hard not to feel important given the amount of attention they paid to us. I would certainly go back and we did for lunch at one of their restaurants. Next time I’m in Srinagar will certainly stay here to experience their hospitality. Note: The location isn’t very central and it is quite expensive for the standards on offer.

We stayed at this location twice during our stay here in Kashmir. The staff was very attentive. Shugufta, Javaid, and Iftikar were bringing us whatever we wanted to our table. We were spoiled. Chef Salama made delicious dishes. Food was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.

The experience was exceptional. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We had decided to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and that was the best decision. Very good food and it was customised per your requirement. Rizwan made sure our meals were memorable. We had our driver Mohammed Shafi who took us around the city of Srinagar and also to gulmarg and Sonamarg. He knew where what to expect, be it for shopping or sightseeing. All in all a great experience

Simply Amazing!!!! Stayed at this beautiful property in srinagar for three days.On arrival I was a little taken back as the room allotted to me was right behind the reception area and there was a lot of disturbance. Upon highlighting my concern Mr.Waseem from front office was very quick to address the issue and gave me a different room.Really thankful for this quick turn around.The Inhouse multicuisine restaurant is very good and the entire FNB team makes sure that you get what you need before you even look for it.Amazing service. Would definitely stay again at this property when in srinagar.Shukran!!!
