Location wise great. Near to sector 18 Noida. Walkable distance. There Zodiac serves good food. Services also great. The only problem I faced is the interconnecting rooms. Hence smokers, non smokers may face issue if they won’t ask at the reception.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions and public transportation. This made exploring the city a breeze.

I visited this hotel for an office get-together cum dinner. It’s easy to reach the hotel from Noida sec 18 metro within 5-10 mins of a drive. Ambiance is good and food quality & taste as well. I enjoyed the buffet with my colleagues and overall time spent very well.

Pathetic experience with their manager Mr Amit. We'd chosen it's banquet hall for an anniversary party, but faced a host of glaringly bad issues thanks to the manager's blatant lies and belittling of customer issues. We'd called him a few days before the event, inquiring about the possibility of tasting their menu and it's cost (to help us decide which starters etc to pick) He assured us we can come and taste in the evening, and that too for free. We went and were able to taste ZERO items. Our request to even pay and taste was shot down, with an infuriatingly forceful "dont worry, all our items are good" Moving on to the venue, which Mr Amit walked us through. There are two stellar halls - one with a capacity for 50 another with 100. Since our requirement was around 40, max - we inquired if we could select the smaller one for our specific date. He said yes, it's available and we verbally selected it. Or so we thought. The day of the event, we found we'd been alloted the bigger mismatched room and Mr Amit had the gall to lie straight to our faces, saying we were the ones who selected the bigger room. To top it all off, we once again heard the "dont worry this will be good" to mask a lack of care for the customer issue. Despite the food being good, the starters were very slow in being served. Hard for the management's culture to not seep through the org.

I was there on 6th October 2023 between 4.00pm to 10 pm in a meeting. The food was not marked as Veg or Non Veg. Inspite of instructions and onjections by the members, the staff did not take any action. The Serving waiters were uneducated and illiterate. They could not even tell what is veg and what is non-veg. That was a total messed up situations when vegetarian had to vomit when they came to know that they eat something non veg like fish and chicken.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
