The service provided at this hotel was top-notch, some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely helpful and anticipated needs before they became an issue. Siddhi Singh and Maya, who worked in the lobby, were especially kind and attentive. Rooms were standard. TV was a little clunky to set up but the staff were very helpful. Location could have been better, as the bus stand to get to Tirumala was a bit far away, and walkability near the hotel was poor. There are some decent places to eat nearby, at least, and the breakfast at the hotel was great.

smaller rooms but right size for two people. Shower door did not lock in place so water splashed all over the bathroom. Nagendra at the front staff was pleasant and offered good service. Breakfast was limited although the food was delicious. Lunch was very good as well.

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Fortune Select Grand Ridge" hotel recently, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff's warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The attention to detail in room amenities and cleanliness was impressive. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I enjoyed a variety of delicious cuisines at their on-site restaurants. The quality of food and the service were top-notch. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. In summary, Fortune Select Grand Ridge is a gem of a hotel. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it offers a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality that's hard to match. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice hotel. Staff is super courteous and helpful. We as a family had come from US for Darshan and decided to stay downhill. The location is aptly located with just one flyover away from Alipiri gate. My daughter really enjoyed the stay here. The breakfast was awesome. I was so impressed with the South Indian breakfast so much that I called the Chef Nandakumar out to congratulate him on his splendid cooking! Staying here again on my next stay !

Rooms are spacious however the bathrooms are very tiny compared to the room size. Linens were clean ...but the bath accessories need maintenance and deep clean

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
