The very first disappointment is they don't have geyser in bathroom and hot water is available only in the morning. People generally visit mahabaleshwar in cold weather and water in the evening and throughout night is very cold. This is a old property with some sheets and mediocre false ceiling. So, during nights, the room is very very very cold and no blankets helped us. It's like you are sleeping under a open sky rather than a closed room. Couldn't sleep at all.

Awesome and peaceful place, staff are really excellent including receptionists Jairam sir , room service executives and house keeping staff. Words are less to say thanks to them, they went beyond our expectations especially when family is unwell.

Excellent location- main market, good restaurants, transport hub everything is nearby (5-10min walking). Rooms- spacious and clean, good structure. Even the basic room is good enough for a family of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The pool- pool looked good and clean, due to heavy rains we skipped the pool. Service- even though the check- in time was 1PM, we got a room at 9AM as we arrived there early (without extra cost). Our booking was for 2 nights and the manager graciously offered us breakfast on the day of arrival (which is not included in the booking). And helped us with local vehicle booking for sightseeing. Food- we only ate breakfast- Hotel does not have a restaurant, Breakfast is unlimited and served to you in the room itself (small sitting arrangements are available outside the room, you can also have breakfast there) On day 1: we were served Coffee/tea, Toasts, Pohe and Uttapam with Chutney and sambar. They even customized beverages for us (we asked for black coffee and coffee with milk-sugar and then tea) Day 2: Upma- Idli chutney and sambar with coffee/ tea and toast. The taste of breakfast was good. But the menu for lunch/ dinner is not interesting for vacation and is limited. There are really good restaurants and cafe options nearby worth trying like cafe Peter which is next to the restaurant and offers excellent coffee and food. Overall service and hotel is good. We paid around ₹4000/night, which is a little more costly than we expected (considering Heavy rain season) but because of the location cost is justified.

Had a wonderful stay here, location is near to buastop and market, taxi stand so good to go anywhere. Staff, service, breakfast all were awesome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
