Very bad experience, at ground floor rats are there in the room, only 3 People manage the hotel including reception and kitchen

The location for this place is a bit far from. Main Nainital . . So if you are planning to stay there you won’t be able to take your own vehicle to main areas. You will have to leave your vehicle at a parking spot and take a taxi. So choose wisely. Hotel is beautifully made , good location. And every room has a nice view from it . The only cons is the service.

Great infrastructure & facilities at a scenic location which can be better managed. The hotel is located in a scenic spot with good views all round. The rooms are big and spacious with a smart tv, modern bathroom and a big balcony. The complimentary breakfast was good with a lot of options like Aloo paratha, poha, bread, omelet and tea. There is room service and an in-house restaurant as well. However the menu is a bit pricey. The staff deployed for maintaining the property didn't feel like professionals. I don't remember them having a smile on their face at any point. Any request or query was greeted with an uninterested attitude and the response was always slow and dull. They where behaving like a lazy bunch who doesn't get paid. ALSO THERE IS NO MOBILE COVERAGE FOR AIRTEL & the in-house wifi was our only option for connectivity. The location of the hotel is around 10kms or a half an hour drive from the Nainital lake/ mall road.

Resort is located at a picturesque location. Its located 9 kms before Nainital which makes it ideal as the Nainital city was packed and city looked like mela when we went in the evening. Also, private cars are not allowed in Nainital so Police officials make you stop before 10 kms and from there, onwards you need to use shuttle service to reach Nainital City which I believe is a total waste and a tedious task. But this resort is very peaceful, serene and is located at a very apt position, just 9 kms before Nainital. The Manager Mr.Shubham and the owner at the reception were really humble and courteous. Rooms are in good condition. The staff is li'l laid back and service is slow. Otherwise Rooms were well cleaned and fresh linens were provided along with toiletries at the time of check-in. The veiw from the rooms made our stay most memorable. Non-Veg Buffet was opted by us during booking which was wonderful though only Butter Chicken was provided in dinner otherwise veg buffet had many options like boiled potatoes, shahi paneer and dal along with breads, rice and salad. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options like aloo-pyas parantha with curd, Poha, Eggs-Omelete, Boiled, Bread with butter and jam along with tea and coffee. I was told that breakfast gets changed everyday. Also, al-carte is also there, and you can have options from there as well. I must say that we had delicious lunch and dinner. Quantity and quality both were maintained. Definitely a recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
