        The ladies washroom in the reception area is in pathetic condition. Out of two washbasins, only one has a tap that too is shaky. None of the flushes are in working condition. The toilets were very dirty. No tissues in tissue dispenser. Overall very poor management.

        I stayed for 3 nights, the place has recently opened so they have a lot of servicing issues, however, I can say one thing the staff is very polite and attentive once you ask for anything as I have read few reviews that the staff here is rude and disrespectful. The rooms are spacious and clean, washrooms are very clean as they are the first thing I noticed and I don't stay in a place with unhygienic washrooms. The restaurant has a limited menu as the hotel is still working on many things. All in all it is a good place to stay. Hope they will be able to resolve those small flaws soon.

        One of the worst and unclean hotel in Haridhwar. It was filthy dirty and the water from tap were filled with some oily substances. Avoid staying in this hospital.

        PATHETIC DONT BOOK THIS PLACE. There are no amenities available. The room was expensive and only had bed and a small sofa. There was no kettle ,leave aside a coffee or tea station. The towels were dirty and the room was not clean. When I tried calling the front desk through intercom, they were rude and then disconnected the intercom for my room. To add to your discomfort, I had a booking which said it was inclusive of breakfast but they said that the restaurant is not working. Last but not the least, the entire staff was rude, untrained and unwelcoming. I tried talking to the manager ,he was also not helpful. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
