I stayed here for 2 days during the long weekend of Republic Day and I can definitely share you what I genuinely felt about this property. Let me put them in Pros and cons - Pros - 1) The location is great if you are visiting Mahabalipuram(about 35 kms) and wanna see places around Chennai. 2) The property is right on the Main Street. So it wouldn’t be tough for you to find it. 3) The staff is quick and property has ample parking space. 4) The rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is quick. Cons - 1) The buffet breakfast was very very average. The spread was below average and the taste was okayish. 2) The particular room I had the Ac cooling was average. I tried different settings but it was no difference. 3) The road opposite to the property is having metro construction so it’s little congested.

I stayed for a week here. People are amazing specially the security advisor Mr. Shukla. A true gentleman and always willing to help with an extra mile and smile. Room I stayed was not good as it should be. The wooden flooring was broken and peeling off, can be an hazard for anyone. Very small room with no iron, dryer...some of the basic stuff that any 3/4 star property should provide. Breakfast at eatery is below standard and lacked the taste..pretty much same breakfast for the entire duration of my stay. Chef should take a clue on South Indian food to differentiate between toor dal and Sambhar. But to end with Shukla ji is one of the best person I met in this 8 days trip.

Stayed in four points by Sheraton OMR from 05 Dec to 17Dec. Very limited food options in the buffet. There is no one to take suggestions and improve on it. However, the service by Mr. Sameer in the restaurant and room order was exceptional. He always has smile on his face and tries his best to fulfill the demands. Overall, my stay was great because of sameer as he ensured that I get the desired food items and on time.

My family & I stayed on your hotel last week. The rooms were comfortable and the service was satisfactory. The area which requires improvement is the dinning area. Both for dinner and breakfast the service was very average. There was no water on the table and after reminding twice we got water. When we call the waiters they avoid you and look elsewhere. I think proper supervision is required.

People over there and their service is good. But is a very small hotel. Rooms were so small that will be comfortable for a single traveller. Bath room faucet shower was leaking and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The kettle was not working, these things should be checked before the guest arrives. Their breakfast was good but don't expect much varieties. Overall if you are going expecting nothing from a brand like Sheraton it's a ok stay.
