NOT 4 Points. I would give 0.4 points to this so called five star hotel. Stayed here for 3N/4D and I must say it was the worst 5 star experience. 1) Staff are very slow and most of them do not understand English. 2) The room had coffee and creamer sachets but no kettle. And on asking for a kettle it took them 45 min to get coffee (WITH BILL) instead of the kettle. 3) Restaurant staff are equally bad. It was chaotic. They missed and misplaced so many orders. All 3 days I was served coffee with sugar, inspite of clearly telling them that I want coffee without sugar. 4)No help provided to carry the luggage. When we pay so much money this is definitely unacceptable. 5) There are 3 lifts with no indication whether it is moving up or down, and it takes forever to arrive. Overall a stressful experience. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

A very warm and welcoming property with excellence personified. The staff are well trained, courteous and compassionate. Special mention for Vishnu (Chef) who not only prepared a dish for us that was not on the menu for the evening but also came by the table to ensure that we enjoyed the dish. of course, the food is brilliant. Highly recommend this property!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to move around. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.However, there was one minor downside to the stay. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were missing the essential hair shampoo. While this was a small inconvenience, it was a noticeable oversight that detracted from the otherwise positive experience.In conclusion, the hotel offered a comfortable and spacious room with a friendly and helpful staff, but the missing hair shampoo in the toiletries was a minor hiccup in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

very poor service. staffs are very rude and hostile. Worst experience ever!! Do not book this hotel at any cost. They just want your money. They should remove the five star rating. We had to book another hotel due to their ill service and they did not even refund our money. The staffs used very bad language in Malayalam they were thinking we dint know the language but one of us knew the language and were shocked to hear such ill conversation. We did not feel safe hence had to move to another hotel.
