We had a comfortable time during our stay at Sheraton. Location is prime for anyone who wants to stay heart of city less than a KM for most prime restaurants, shoppings etc. 5-10mt drive to the beach. Now the hotel is a little old and you might notice it from bit of wear and tear. The building architecture overall is still laudable. The staff at reception were helpful and accommodating. We tried some food at the restaurants mostly for kids and found it satisfactory. The rooms were clean as well.

At the time of check in, we were provided with used rooms. The irony was that they didn't feel ashamed to informed that it was used by a bride family. Really upsetting and unprofessional. On yhe other hand, the breakfast spread was good and the staffs in the dining areas were good and attentive to our needs. I really appreciate the same. It is located in a good area. Good restaurants are nearby and beach is not very far.

As anticipated, a pleasant experience. Conveniently located in the city center and not far from the sea. The restaurant offers a generous spread, though vegetarian options are somewhat limited. Visited on Christmas Eve, and despite four cake options, none were eggless. Excellent service in the restaurant, though it seemed the staff might be a bit tense; a smile goes a long way. Overall, a positive experience

One of the best stays at decent prices in Visakhapatnam. Nearby beach road and the beach is visible from the top floors. Also, the food is good and never feels heavy even if we eat more quantity. And, the unforgettable experience at this hotel is the service offered at the Eatery by Rama Krishna (Rk Naidu). he’s friendly with customers and suggests best choices from the menu and her choices never disappointed us.

Very polite & cooperative staff. Vegetarian food has very few choices, but is very tasty. The ambience is very nice & clean. Maintained each n everything in its particular system.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
