Foxoso Hotel excellent location clean room nice behaviour good staff lakeside full We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We booked their lakeside view room and it had an amazingly beautiful view of the Naini Lake. A complete dream room. The room service was good. The location of the hotel is fantastic. So is the vibe and feel good The View from this hotel is breathtaking, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy Naini Lake like you are in it. The rooms whether Villa or Hotel based are beautiful and spacious, specially the Villa. The ambience and wooden work has taken my breath away. I am also happy with their staff and room service, please do try this. You should definitely check out this hotel in Nainital. Overall Looooved this hotel!! Don't believe on Photos, rooms are extremely small, no Ac or fan available. Location is fine but at the end you are going to stay in your room. So think wisely and Rates are so high according to the rooms.

I booked deluxe lake facing room (Room No. 505) and it costed me 5300rs. But when I visited the property and saw the room trust me it was not worth even 2000rs. The room was extremely small, there is no as such view from the room there is just one window glass through you can see lake but the view is blocked by shed and trees also glass of the window was also broken. Everybody was complaining that their room is having bad odour etc. Also, when we reached hotel in bathroom the geyser was opened we complained about it then they took the keys and repaired the geyser after complaining and installed the switch to turn it on as there was no switch earlier to turn it on very bad experience not gonna recommend at all there are other better options available at mall road do check it out.

This is not actually a 4 star ⭐ property The room is too small & without chairs, because they don't have space to fit chairs inside the room. Terrace sitting is good & nice views. B.fast is really good. I'm staying here - LAKE VIEW ROOM. Google maps location is wrong now the hotel shifted near Alka hotel & opp British Library.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
