Most horrible experience. The rooms are very small, with balcony doors that do not close, washrooms that always stink. The staff is rude and crass. We left a small lipstick stain on the bedcover which was not even ours and they asked us to pay 1350/- rupees as compensation, after we refused to pay they asked the security guard to shut the main gate and did not let us step outside. You will make a grave mistake staying here and I would recommend staying at Rock Bite which is a far better stay with much more spacious rooms, cheap and delicious food and super awesome staff.

Property not maintained well. Bathrooms tiles were broken and room service is not up to the mark. You need to call multiple times and then they come. Breakfast was also average, not tasty. Just the positive aspect is it's location. It's right on the beach so very convenient.

We were thinking of doing our wedding here but the place is not worth it. It charges 5-star rates. Staff is sweet but the place is understaffed. We got to know that lot of things in the place are dysfunctional- 1. Phones in the rooms 2. Spa is not there anymore 3. No activity or game centre is there Overall it was okayish but not that great. Goa offers much better at the same price.

We hosted our sister's wedding at Foxoso in Goa, and the experience was truly exceptional. Manager Mr. Pinto and the entire staff, from the Food and Beverage department to rooms maintenance, treated us like family. Every person went above and beyond, making the celebration unforgettable. Grateful for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Will surely visit again.

They have Taxis through Union who are all waiting to fleece the passenger.. Please don't book. You can walk for 300 meters towards the taxi stand and you will get it half the price. Hotel is average and there is nothing 5 star about the property. Check-in process was highly irritable. I had reached by 4 which is 2 hours late then the check in time still Rooms were not ready. Cockroaches were freely available in the room near the TV and Near the Tea and Kettle. The only advantage was it was close to the beach. The positive was the Restaurant staff which was very supportive and a special mention to Mr Rohit who always helped

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
