The location is quaint, good to relax at for 2-3 days with or without your family. The rooms are adequate, with the necessities needed but nothing extra, which is fine. Cleanliness is also just adequate, not the best of the best but not the worst in a location like this. The staff listens and responds quickly to requests so that's a plus point to the hotel. Food was also just about alright, not unforgettable but certainly not bad. Cleanliness can be a bit improved, wish it wasn't up to requesting the staff to do it to make it happen, but they respond well to queries. All in all a decent place if you wish to travel around Nainital and need a place to stay for when you get back.

Really good and prompt service provided during our entire stay for 3days. Staff was extremely responsive. Was provided welcome drink and rooms were allocated as per our requirements. Good food, would recommend them to reduce oil a little bit. Extremely happy with the stay.
