Strongly suggesting to not use their services. 1. (Half) Massage was good but not exceptional, I wouldn't recommend it. 2. I was assigned a female masseur and before entering they asked me if I was comfortable with a male masseur. I said no, no further pressure but why asking when I am a female?? 3. Half way during the massage I heard some noises. Then I hear again, I suddenly turn and one of my item was suddenly on top of the bed. It magically appeared to fly on the bed on its own 😂my backpack also magically opened by itself. Wow so much magic. Of course the massuer denied everything. So I left the room. 4. The Manager told me I should pay for the whole massage but why if I had only 30minutes? He agreed to let me pay 30min only but to me this was dishonest after what happened. Of course they will answer that this never happened before and blabla but this is exactly what happened. Please avoid this place.

travelling as a family from south africa we arrived at ganga lahari after a disastrous stay in delhi and were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the hotel necessities you’d expect. The bathrooms were big and clean with an amazing shower. I’m convinced this is the best place to stay in haridwar especially with the view of the ganga from just outside your room!

Sorry but I am not stay in this hotel just see this hotel interior and all over view I really enjoyed this I show you making food and all over night enjoyment in 31 December 2023 just I realy enjoy this but my friends is stay in this hotel they suggest me when ever you go haridwar please stay in this hotel because this hotel in very nice and every I really say to everyone when you go haridwar please stay in this hotel

After Varanasi, we stayed at this place, on the way to our next destination Aloha by Gangas, Rishikesh. The location is exceptional. Ganga Aarati arranged and escorted by hotel staff was world class experience. Apart from that it was an average experience Rooms were okay, dining was poor and rude people. "Budhveer" one of the team member of hotel rude and disturbed. Breakfast and high tea had limited options and service was poor.

We stayed in the Ganga Suite at this property. Our stay was exceptionally good. The location of this property is its biggest advantage. The overall package along with Ganga Aarti was a memorable experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
