Truly deserving of 5 stars ♡ Never did I come across such a wonderful experience. Even though our trip was of a short nature, the ever smiling staff and authentic rajasthani cuisine didn't fail to impress us. The rooms are exquisite and you totally get the bang for your buck. Such a central location is super convenient for all your excursions. I would recommend this place to anyone even with my eyes closed. Go ahead and book your stay without any second thoughts. I am sure this will be your exact review as well :)

Amazing hospitality from the Hotel staff. Entire team is pleasant to talk and helpful to your needs. We had requested rooms on the ground floor since we were travelling with our parents and they accommodated during heavy tourist X mas season. Location is perfect, near to Lake Pichola but just far away from the hustles of it.

It's truly a nice experience staying here. Rooms are neat and clean and the overall property too. Vintage car museum is in the same heritage property. Hotel Manager Mr. Suresh Patel and front desk Executive Ankit were very helpful and provided lot of information. Staff was courteous too.

We had lunch at the restaurant which was very tasty and wholesome. Bhagwat Singh and Rohit were very friendly and helpful staff who ensured that hospitality was top notch. We had walked in for tea / coffee after seeing the Vintage cars. We ended up having lunch after seeing their hospitality and behaviour which was excellent. Keep up the good work. Next time we shall stay here.

Came for here twice: for lunch and for evening drinks. The garden is a fantastic tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Really peaceful. Veg thali is delicious and service is great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
