Out of the shambles and chaos of Ooty and in particular the surrounds of the Government Botanical gardens comes Garden Manor. A very well thought out and planned hotel, friendly efficient staff, rooms are small but have al you need for comfort. Offering breakfast on the lovely terrace on top. Some parking for smaller cars.

This is good and cheap if you indend to stay at walkable distance from the Botanical Garden. Limited parking for cars infront but the nearby parking ground will be always available for their guests, parking no issue once you speak to the receptionist. Rooms are bit colder than outside, probably the effect of wind and coldness near the botanical garden. No restaurant attached and no famous restaurants nearby but you always hot water and tea served in your room

Hallo good afternoon friends, We are very disappointed from room service and stuff. No any service in this hotel. I am telling you very reticulate hotels and rooms. Also I am very surprised no body manager in this hotel. So I heartily requested you no one book this hotel. 😒😒😒I prefer to all not to book room in this hotel.. 🙌

I had stayed for 2 days in the standard room (non balcony) and it was a good experience The room is small but it is fine overall, it was clean and the service was good as well The breakfast was also apt Would definitely recommend this place 👍

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
