I arrived at a little after 3pm for a solo, 3 night trip. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was not ready but it wasn’t a big deal to me. I got in within the hour. I stayed in an oceanfront king studio on the ground floor in a corner unit. I always inspect a room before bringing in my belongings. Room was very clean and recently remodeled. I even noticed they put protectors on the mattress to prevent bed bugs, which I was super happy about. Steps from the beach with a beautiful view. Parking is tight, I would not bring a full size truck/van. The only complaints that I have are the language used by several of the staff members screaming the F word as I was walking down the hall and once in the parking garage. If my children were with me, I would have been upset. The door slamming to the outside right beside my room was not ideal but it was only during reasonable hours. Overall, I had a great experience.

My husband decided to surprise me with a birthday trip that I much needed to Myrtle Beach. When we arrived at gazebo Inn the parking was complicated and when we got to our room. My husband was disappointed in the fact that there was no ocean view at least what he paid for. The room was not as it appeared on the site, but I decided that we were going to try to make the best of what we had. Me and my husband decided to take a nap before enjoying the town but that was hard to do. The bed was absolutely HORRIBLE. The walls are thin I could hear everything, I heard the lady from the front desk having a conversation with what I assume to be a maintenance worker, about things I did not care to hear. At one point my husband went into the hallway and seen a different desk lady listening at a door(weird). The worst part of the vacation was the fact that after only a couple of hours my husband really became pissed when noticing cockroaches. We decided to keep our bags in the car, unfortunately leaving was not an option. It looked as if they had some kind of construction or remodeling going on but that's not an excuse. I wish we would have seen the reviews from Google before reserving a room at this motel. Do not stay here, I see where people are saying the rooms were perfect, they had an awesome time and evidently did not see cockroaches I wish I could say the same as them.

In town for the winter bump volleyball tournament and this place was perfectly located for our daily tournaments. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating making our stay warm and inviting! Received daily smiles and waves 😊 definitely will stay here again next year!

I just returned from a two-night stay at the Gazebo Inn. 1/27-1/29 I was looking to stay for a bargain rate. I have got to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed at dozens of motels in Myrtle Beach over the years so I've come to know what to expect. People - you need to realize that as the price goes down your expectation should go down, as the price goes up, your expectation should go up. This is not a high dollar motel but I got more than what I paid for! For this trip I just wanted basic lodging with a hot shower and a clean bed and I got both in my double queen bed ocean front room. I had a brand new heat/ac unit, and I found the bed to be very comfy an the mattress was completely wrapped so that there was no contact between it and I. Ms. Gwen at the front desk was the best! If you want to get a parking space park early but parking is tight underneath. I am hesitant to leave a good review only because everybody will now come here and then I cannot get a nice reasonably priced room when I want one lol! Thank you Gazebo Inn, I will be back. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.

For the price you don't pay, you get a lot of motel. The rooms were nice, clean, and well equipped. It looked like it was remodeled a few years ago with good furnishings and great bathrooms. Like most Myrtle Beach motels you are right on the waterfront. The parking area and hallways could use a little more cleaning but the cost to stay here is 1/2 of other motels within walking distance. Bath/Shower was hot and the A/C kept cold. The kitchenette was ideal too. I would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
