I had a delightful two-night stay at Gem Park Ooty. Perched on a hilltop, the panoramic views were breathtaking. The staff was incredibly supportive, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast variety was impressive, matching the standards of top-notch hotels. Highly recommended for a memorable Ooty experience.

We had an amazing experience by staying this hotel and walked around the places. The Staffs are awesome, they are very helpful and make us to feel like home. The food was variety and tasty, they served on time. Nice place with beautiful views and good ambience and amazing beautiful garden. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread good, though limited non-veg option. Overall the room, staff, environment and food quality was best and good. I would like to give 5 star.

Actually we have been to Gem park couple of times previously, but this time everything has changed drastically from the staff attitude, to their service , food, charges everything has changed!! For everything, they have money in mind. Before booking I personally called and asked about 31st New year they said for in house guest- party is free. After reaching their they told chargeable 9000/- couple. Secondly we just wanted a small photo session in garden for that they asked 3000/- (later on request they waived) , then dinner was included in our package but they created a lot and lot of confusion and extremely unprofessional and again charged us 900/- for it! And just because we did not opt for the party (as their was alcohol also, so we were forced to sit in room and order dinner. On 31st night we came out to resort to enjoy and on contrary we are forced to sit inside room, so pathetic!!) We regret that we cancelled our 31st night from Sterling to here. But was left with a complete disappointment. It's not at all the same hotel which was very good at once. Will think if has to visit next time. Instead Club Mahindra is very nice in all aspect as compared to Gem park.

Great location and property, but avoid for next 1 year or so. Pros - Location is amazing with scenic views. Greenery is well maintained. Food - Good spread for breakfast. Dinner- ok spread. Deserts menu is not up to the mark. Cons - Room service is bit slow. Sometimes you have to call twice for the same thing. Rooms are up for renovation. Broken locks, broken windows, broken furniture in some cases. I got to know they have started the renovation from the top floor though. Recreation area is not maintained. Poor quality carrom boards. Kids play area has rusty slides and swings. Swimming pool is under renovation. Considering all these things and the price they charge, the premium is not worth. Maybe when they are done with renovation, the prices may get justified. P.S. - Gym opens at 7.30 am in the morning. This itself is too late. On top of that their staff takes the keys at home, so they can’t open unless the person is back. I was told the person is running late by half an hour so the gym will open when he is here. I mean why someone carries such things at home and leaves guests waiting.😶

Enjoyed a delightful stay at this hilltop hotel with an excellent nature's view. The room was equipped with every amenity, enhanced the experience. The staff's courtesy added to the overall satisfaction. Highly recommend this experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
