Descent rooms with comfort feel.... If you're going to kodaikanal with 15 to 25 members then it's perfect place.... But the location is too hard to find also reaching to the parking place is too hard.... We were travel through mini bus and we've faced lot of struggles to park our vehicle but it's too easy for cars and tempo traveller.... Actually they provided extra mattress for extra members and they didn't charge additional amount for the extra mattress... Polite staffs, we reached there at 1 am and the room boy provided everything we asked for... Overall nice home stay if you're going with your friends or team....

Hi, I stayed with my family (wife & kid) for 4 days and our experience was really good. Service by both the care taker & his assistant was superb. Highlight of our stay was the view from the top floor, 24 hour hot water availability. Also the property has dedicated car parking facility & wifi was available all throughout. Over all i recommend get together home stay to all as a safe and comfortable option for all tourist coming to kodaikanal. Thank you & will sure visit again 😍

We stayed in here for 3 days and I should say the property and stay was so good. The view was excellent. I was so happy with the service been provided. Mr. Anguraj and his staff were really friendly. The food was yummy I will sure to stay here even in my next visit

Located at the top of a hill, very hard to access. We have to abandon the room, just due to this reason, by sacrificing the money that we have already paid online. Even partial refund wasn't done. Very pathetic response from the team. Not safe to go if you own a normal 2 wheel drive car. Literally we went back from Kodaikanal, due to this , being unble to arrange a room at the last moment. We have gone there by a normal 2 wheel drive car, but the road was too steep, that made the vehicle literally unable to climb up the heavy steepy and poor road. If you stop in between while going uphill, then you will be screwed. And this will happen very often, due to incoming traffic. Also, the entrance by road to the property was in very poor condition.(mud road, with too many depressions.) But if you have some good 4×4 vehicle , then I think it will be easy. Do consider the location difficulty and choose wisely.

We had booked two family rooms in 3 days. 4 adult 3children We ask him u have food in ur hotel but he tells us we cannot have food in our hotel arranged from outside.. last day we check out the hotel.. He is preparing food for another guest. And we asked him he tell me u have tell me before night.. Very worst service.. Our baby is crying for food he does not care about.. Very worst experience..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
