One of the worst hotels, worst service, room is very small. No ventilation, Very much suffocating rooms. In comparison to the price I am giving a 0 rating to this hotel. Also offline booking is more costly than online. I have talked to the booking team and they said it is not possible to match the online price. Breakfast also was not included. Worst staff. Overall bakwas hotel. No one is responsible and not responding.

The room wasn't clean and had a false partition with a lot of noise coming from the other rooms. Wifi is not free, no dental kit.. everything came with a cost. I think they spent all the money in designing the hotel lobby at the reception. The rooms were nowhere close to what you see at the reception. Very bad

I booked Ginger as I've visited many properties of Ginger in the past. I decided to stay at this property knowing that they were renovating and were ready to adjust to the noise and dust from the construction work happening there. I was to stay there for a week but decided that I would never return to this particular property after staying there for 2 nights. The staff, especially the room service team was very rude. For a bottle of water, they insisted I call the front desk's phone, which was busy during my entire stay there. Just to check I even called at midnight and the line was engaged. Though I was in the MAP plan as a guest, I did not have the freedom of choice in food. They had already decided that I would be served only veg thali, while I wanted something else within the plan amount. Even a chicken sandwich would have worked but was denied. The worst thing was that I booked my stay through the local sales manager and he or others from his team did not even bother to check why I cut short my stay at this property. On the whole, the attitude of the staff was very rude and unfit for this group of hotels at a prime business location. Maybe this is Tata's worst business property.

We have been staying here for more than 17 days, as we are re-locating to bangalore, and everything was done by our agent, and we were extending the stay by every two day or three day, because we were searching the house for us, and sometimes my agent wasn’t able to extend the stay on time, but these ginger guys are so rude before knowing your situation they start haunting you with wrong words, and being in a hospitality service these guys are pathetic they don’t know how to behave with their clients, they will cut your call on your face, they don’t know how to speak at all, it’s sad how much business I’ve given to these non deserving people, but nevertheless, I’ll make sure this is my last business with them. Also FYI for all the visitors if you are thinking they will give you one pleasure trip no they won’t they don’t know how to behave at all. Pathetic services Bad behaviour Also there are cockroaches in their room but we never complained because we are not here to complain but it’s now it’s high time. Also pls stay away from this Rohan kumar gupta he’s the one who wasn’t sorry at his behaviour. Thank you for not so inconvenient stay.

Not the best Ginger hotel I have seen. Many many opportunities to improve. Rooms are falling apart despite the repair jobs

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
