The hotel is very clean & staff is very customer centric and helpful. Had taken MAP and the food was very tasty. There is a small gym in the hotel where customers can go as per their convenience. | The most necessary things that here is a Good Bar where you can enjoy your Beer & Wines |Great experience Thanks Jay

Great staff and super location but the rooms are showing age now. The rates are not a great value for the room you get,it can be 500-1000 cheaper. If you're a light sleeper, the glass is not much sound proof and train horn can wake you up. The rooms are showing age with dampness visible in bathrooms. The in-house restaurant is great and value for money.

Very nice location and room service , But Restaurant is not so good, Please don't book food with room. No good options in breakfast, also no fish in dinner ( Only single course fixed menu given in hand), Literally we given back few items which are test less, After that hotel restaurant manager told us the reality thatt, "Hotel Giving us only Rupees 475 per person which is not affordable for good food and variety."

Positives: staff, location, cleanliness , ok Breakfast Negatives: Being woken up multiple times by the train horn, it's as if the train is in your room. The mini bar makes a lot of noise, The switches are not strategically wired up. The ac switch is placed next to a socket, nothing is labelled. The room was set up for 2 people not 3 as per booking. The toilet seat came off. No place to hang the towels, instead the metal rack is placed directly above the toilet It was a lot of calls to reception to provide another towel, mug, iron, glass, coffee and tea , ironing board, more tissue and a folding bed. This should have been sorted out prior to arrival Breakfast was ok but the room is very dark. They allowed us to take the Breakfast to your room . If you want your room cleaned you have to request it The gym is not the same in the pic. There's is 1 treadmill, 1 cycle , 1 cross trainer, 1 free bench, 1 mat, dumbells. No towels are provided or water.

Famous beaches are upto 15 km away from hotel location. They have good eatary called Tawa; taste and food service are awesome. Rooms are clean and neat, just need to look after AC servicing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
