Located in the centre of the city with malls, eateries and shops nearby. Good connectivity. Rooms are clean. Bare minimum amenities. No chair or table for you to maybe enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. You need to only eat or drink sitting on your bed.

Read 3.5 star overall. If you want to be in room for longer not a good choice, but u are using as night stay good. + Neat and clean, good location, good service. -ve very compact room and washroom. Avoid having food in room as no space for two. Any most irritating is slow single lift

Stranded amongst wedding seaaon in indore, no rooms were available anywhere else in indore, we made this choice out of compulsion and not by choice. Rooms are for business class and not for family for sure. Small rooms but neat and clean. Staff is cooperative and managing great with available resources. Elevator is lil slow and sometimes at the entrance lobby stinks. Restaurant is managed greatly by sushant. Delicious breakfast. Nice spread at buffet breakfast. Idli and poha are common items. Other keeps on changing. No complaints. House keeping is also great. Makes ur room clean and neat. Mr Ajay Bidwal heading the house keeping. Abhishek at reception is great. Beside size of the room no other issues faced.

I stayed here for 21 days, my entire stay was so comfortable. special thanks to cafeteria crew, cleaning crew: Arvind and R am chandra .Overall good place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
