        Rooms are smaller compared to other ginger hotels . Front desk staff are kind and helpful. Room service was pathetic , literally had to go downstairs 3 times to remind them of the order for one single order . The restaurant had good food but extremely lazy staff , no matter what u order their only answer would be “no we can’t provide it now “for simple things like ORANGE JUICE. And one of the waiters would come and complain to us about his senior staff which was not necessary and whatever problems your staff had could be solved among themselves instead of telling us these stories when u can’t even provide the basic things we order . I have stayed in ginger mangalore Goa etc but this was strange and I didn’t expect such behaviour from the staff of a hotel like ginger .

        I never recommend this to anyone. this is not what I expected from IHC group. Rooms are not maintained well, poor service and response. Totally waste of money as against what we paid for ( Rs. 4000) Such a horrible stay. Only good thing is - location And Ev car charging points.

        Had a welcoming experience from the staff of the hotel. Good room and restaurant services. The staff at the reception and restaurant especially Sivaprakash and Agnes were very polite and eager to assist us. Looking forward to staying with them again in our next visit.

        Very nice place to stay. Very friendly handling from all the staffs. Everything is good including food and except ur lift. Come on guys please do something. Its dam slow we use take steps instead of waiting for lift.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
