        I stayed for 6 days for a business trip. Staff is polite, services are good, food quality is really good. During my stay only 1 thing was not working was hot water not available due to some technical issue. Otherwise this place is really good.

        This written in the regadence towards hotel management (it was our trip) Day one:-1 It was going as we planned it was a quite fun as will as we enjoyed a lot. But the time we were in the hotel around 9. We were doing a random stuff around 12:30 we posted a story of our three friend dancing and jumping on each other on the bed. This was caught doing by the hotel management. The shock was that they took 500 rupees for noting there was no damage to the furniture but then also they took it from us why? we are still figure out. Day :-2 We were out early and came back at Night. Came to room by 10 by 11:30 we were again hunger so we ordered some food which was again taken by us from the delivery boy through our own hands. By the next day after coming back toward hotel they started asking 867.3 rupees that we have taken the order and did not gave the money and by that it was to be given by the hotel management so they are asking money from us for no valid point I am requesting you all to take a different hotel,as there are many hotel near by and are better

        Early check in charges were very high ,not feeling value for money as rooms are small, Need to ask for basic amenities for brush soap.. No airport drop taxi service or contacts,needs to relay on OLA uber . Complementary food is good 💯

        Pathetic experience my family ever had in any of the hotels we have stayed so far. - To start with the checkin took almost 1 hour as the staff was inexperienced - Double bed rooms were booked which had a small bed, since we were a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 kid) we barely fit on the bed - Worst is yet to come, we were provided with only one pillow, one towel and no room amenities (tea coffee sachets), the reason being the entire hotel suddenly felt short of pillows (although ours was a pre-booking) After trying to contact the reception team 6times to get a pillow, we gave up and slept like that as we had a big day ahead of us - The shower was leaking from all weird sides and suddenly brown water started gushing from it (forgot to mention the bathroom stinked of some chemical even after entering the main door) - The next day still we have not received a single pillow or towel, finally escalated the matter to the Manager who then managed to give us not one but 2 pillows - Buffet breakfast was not manned and nothing was getting refilled on timely basis Overall the worst experience. We won't suggest this Hotel to anyone. Since this was our first experience with Ginger and I suppose the last one. Will never try Ginger Hotel at any location ever.

        Worst service by hotel staff. They have not provided complimentaries as mentioned in the category room D.Luxe (301). Stinky washrooms, no welcome drink, no dental kit, no cookies, no fruit basket nothing they have provided. Its not worth for the price.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
