Had been at this place for a couple of days. The place offers good parking space for customers,a swimming pool to relax and few places amidst greenery which can be useful for pic buffs and customers in general. All the staff are well mannered. We had their complimentary breakfast for a period of 2 days,but it wasn't that great. However,it's a great place for stay in Vythiri & one can definitely relish the peace and soothingness the nature offers in the restaurant surroundings.

Stayed here for 2 nights and paid a huge premium for the 2 rooms. But on seeing the rooms, we were very disappointed as they were just as the name says 'rooms' ! This is more of a small OYO than a villa. The outside areas are decent but the rooms themselves are a big disappointment. The washrooms are just terrible to say the least as they are bare minimum. To make our experience even worse, the breakfast was even way worse. We completely skipped it the next morning. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating to be honest. But the lack of facilities was a reason big enough to cloud all their efforts. It might be an okay place if the prices are somewhere around 1500-2500 range. Anything more than that will make you regret booking this!

It is one of the great hotels I've ever been in wayanad.. Especially recommended for friends and family. Swimming pools is good enough.. Especially the care taker PREM KUMAR he was good and polite with us.. Allover it is a good resort with a good price.. Breakfast was not that worth.. Taste wasn't so good here so I won't recommend the breakfast here. you have good hotels around the villa within 500M around uh.

The rooms were dirty, there were ants and insects on the bedsheet. The room has small geysers for hot water. So you'll have to wait for 20-25 mins turning on-off the geyser to get a bucket worth of hot water. There were frequent power cuts. The pool was nice. The location is close to the main road, many good restaurants nearby. Other better places nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
