Best property with the best view. The views were so beautiful. The staff was so comforting, especially Panditji, felt like home. The staff was really friendly and helpful, literally helped us with everything. We needed a birthday cake too, the staff went all the way 10km and got one without even charging any extra pennies. They also had bonfires arranged in the common area along with music, which was undoubtedly the best experience! Food was amazing and really delicious and they have room service too! The food tasted so good and homely! And hospitality was at its best! The rooms were very clean and the washrooms too. Overall an excellent experience and would love to stay at this place again!!

The cottage-style rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding hills visible from there offer breathtaking play of sunshine through the day, not to mention the stars visible in the clear night sky. The staff is extremely polite with the signature Pahadi playfulness in everything they do. The food is top-notch, worth noting is their special pahadi paneer preparation. The bonfire and music setup for evenings gave that extra pep to this serene place!

Great place to stay. Cottages are at different levels. If you have issues with climbing steps, ask for the one at the lowest level, which itself is after a small uphill climb. Staff (especially Panditji) is very helpful. Dining is in the open and it's really cold (Oct 2023) ! They do have room service though. Note that Google Maps doesn't show the route accurately. There is a small turn from the main road that needs to be taken . It's better to give your destination as "Apple Orchard Resort". Just continue on the same road until you reach Glamwood. Eco park is a nice place to visit nearby. Sarkunda Devi Temple is a must visit !

Please stay away from this hotel. The rooms are made of bamboo. It is really cold at Dhanaulti. Of course, everyone goes there to enjoy the weather however the because of the bamboo structure, the cold will really pinch you. The approaching road is horrendous. There are several better options nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
