Neat, clean and cozy rooms. The reception staff was cordial and welcoming. Food was excellent. Lunch and dinner veg and non veg available. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread of starters, continental, North Indian, South Indian, egg, omlette, fruits, milk, tea and coffee . The location is near to Madgaon railway station and bus station and easily accessible to local market and shopping areas. The view from the rooms is a bit closed. But the rooms are comfortable. All in all a nice and good deal for family travellers!

We have been here for last 3 days and the service of this hotel is fantabulous😍, the food is like yumm!! Such a wonderful staff, appreciate all the efforts for the cleanliness and I will for sure recommend my friends and family in future to stay here ♥️

Large and neat rooms. Beds provided in suite room are large enough to accommodate two adults and two kids. Plenty of options in the complimentary breakfast provided. Staff are polite. We had an awesome experience staying here.

The hotel is situated in Margao town. Rooms are very comfortable in terms of cleanliness & other services. Rates are also reasonable. I have booked from Goibibo (Rs. 2400 for 1 day & night including taxes). Good for family too.

Pathetic hotel with pathetic staff..!! I stayed there on 12-14 Aug, they didn't even cleaned room saying I have to submit the keys. No one bothered to inform about submitting the key and when asked Receptionist (Nixon) arrogantly answered. Also, there was no water for 1 hour in the morning. Totally pathetic...!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
