A beautifully designed hotel with gorgeous marble tiles and woodwork. An excellent restaurant and very competitively priced. The biggest selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the airport (less than one hour), whilst still within reach of the city centre. It is also off the main road so there is no traffic noise in the rooms. We were especially impressed by the hard work of the restaurant manager and our waiter Biswajit who efficiently attended to our every whim during our stay.

The property is advertised as a five-star hotel, but it does not live up to that rating. Although the rooms are spacious, they are not well-maintained. The restaurant services and housekeeping are excellent, but the carpet is dirty and the overall feel and look of the hotel are not very comfortable. Nevertheless, the spa was great. Overall, I am hesitant to stay at this place again.

Service is not that good. I don't recommend this hotel if someone wants to feel a 5 star experience. This is first hotel i had seen someone downgrade the room even if paid for upgraded room type. Edit : I booked executive clube room which is 2k extra than deluxe room and booked via gokulam grand website itself.

Went for new year party. The ambience was really good , food was average for vegetarian but the host who lead the party just wasted our time. He dragged the show with few set of people, didn't give more time on dance floor with DJ or neither he involve more people in games also. It was not worth of the money we gave. Usually I won't write review. I give 4 or 5 star even if it was above average bt this was very disappointing

Amazing property. Rooms are spacious. Around 1 hour from the airport. Non smoking hotel. The open balcony area is nicely equipped to sit and enjoy the breeze. Staff is courteous, food quality 8.5/10.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
