Fortunately, I decided not to reserve a room at this hotel. I called them at approximately 8:25 pm on January 22. A man answered the phone. After I made my inquiry, he interrupted, saying, "I'm currently handling a check-in, please call back later?" This is the first time I've experienced such an attitude from hotel staff. He didn't even bother to ask my name or note my number or even showed a courtesy saying can i call you back later or something?. Such a rude behaviour! I'm relieved I didn't choose to stay there. If this is the level of service before even checking in, I can only imagine what it might be like during a stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is a real gem. It's conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to all the attractions and amenities. Whether it was exploring the local attractions or finding a great restaurant nearby, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, ensuring a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was equally impressive.

Hotel Gokulam Park and Sree Gokulam Hotel & Convention centre, both are two different units running in the same premises. While former is a premium one latter is a budget friendly hotel. I stayed in the latter one. What I liked the most.. 1. Excellent location.. close to metro station. 2. Spacious room with all necessary amenities viz Kettle, Fridge, Locker, Ironing board, Coffee Table, Sofa and more 3. Staff were very helpful. 4. Good breakfast.. Always book with breakfast. It is worth the money. What I didn't like.. 1. Outdated electrical control system 2. No carpet inside the room nor provided chappals. 3. Besides the building one unused canal is there which is dirty and the main source of Mosquitoes there. Hotel management in coordination with local government should take initiative to clean up the canal. 4. Gym and Pool is available only at premium hotel

The room is big but it has no carpet.. it is a tile floor . The electrical connections are old to accommodate the latest chargers. The bathroom is way too uncomfortable for a bath even though the toilet room is big and useful. Breakfast is good..book with breakfast as it is worth the price. Have good car parking too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
