The accommodation was unsatisfactory as the rooms lacked hygiene, the beds were dirty, and the washroom had an unpleasant odor. Our experience felt like being in a cage, and though we wanted to leave immediately, they insisted on payment first before seeing the room. Don't be deceived by positive reviews; the full payment upfront suggests a poor stay. We waiting 5hrs after check in, Despite multiple reminders, the staff, especially the lady at the reception, ignored our requests to clean the room, leading to a regrettable experience. I regret paying for the accommodation as it wasn't worth the money, but the food is food. As we requested offering to pay extra, they declined multiple requests for alternative rooms. The staff member was also rude, saying there were no available rooms even though there is a vacancies. I recommend only to visit this place not for stay and definitely the staffs must change their attitude and want to treat customers good.

I could have given minus star. They charge you so much money and no hospitality at all. Worst service, taste less food, even their washrooms have no hot water. Felt like we are cheated. It was a bad nightmare with Golden coins. Trash fallen everywhere, toilets are unhygienic even for private rooms, rain dance was disgusting and dirty. Guests will have no idea about their time tables. Not a single good point to mention, it was just honest review what I experienced and the amount I paid for. Disgusting and disappointing. Not recommended at all.

I had attended a wedding here recently. The rooms are not well lit here at all. And also the ventilation is not good. I felt the room space has not been utilised properly. If you are planning to stay here for the day it's not a comfortable room maybe it's okayish for the night but the interiors of the room need changes to be made. The staff was very polite and had fast response. The property is good to stay for day activities to spend time with your family.

Total waste of money. The amount spent and the service rendered are not at par. Room rents are very high and not upto mark at all. Rooms were untidy and water clogging in washrooms.Had to wait for hot water and is not available all day long. Had to change rooms often. Food is very very boring. Same food items on all days. In Non veg only chicken was served. Only good thing is area is spacious. Rest not a worthy stay.

Was there for a company outing. It's a very spacious place with a good turf. Food was great as well If you are looking for a place to organize team building activities, this can be a good option. Planning your activities would help. There is not much for the teams to do otherwise

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
