        I recently had a miserable experience. To put it bluntly, this establishment is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench that permeated the entire hotel. The air reeked of neglect, as if cleanliness was an alien concept to the management. The overall state of the hotel was shockingly dirty and unhygienic, leaving me questioning the basic standards of sanitation they claim to uphold. The on duty staff seemed to have undergone a training program in rudeness and unaccommodating behavior. Their lack of courtesy was appalling, and it was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not even remotely a priority for them. Any attempt to address concerns or seek assistance was met with dismissive attitudes and outright hostility. The so-called "provisions" for parking were non-existent, leaving guests to fend for themselves in finding a spot. As if the overall experience wasn't agonizing enough, the service was egregiously slow and neglectful. Even a simple request for water felt like an insurmountable challenge for the seemingly indifferent staff. It's astonishing how a hotel can fail so spectacularly in fulfilling such basic needs. The provisions for accommodating an extra person in the room were nothing short of laughable. The amenities sparse, and it was evident that maximizing profits took precedence over guest comfort.

        It was really a horrible experience with this hotel. The bathrooms are unhygienic and there is no shower in the bathroom apart from body shower. There is no food provided in this hotel as I had to go outside for food and the location is located in Pipeline . Apart from Water bottles we won't get anything. I was terribly tired and wanted to take a Nap. One Edge of the bed was damaged which I got hurt very badly. There were many dead insects in the bathroom and location when we book for a Cab the cab drivers were in next road nearly 3-4 Cab drivers faced the same issue. Really it was a pathetic experience. I will never book this hotel again . The rating should be given zero for this pathetic hotel

        They have some useless Lost and Found policy where the 2nd person staying in the room can’t collect item on behalf of 1st person. We had left behind a watch in the room. When I went back to collect it, the hotel refused to give the watch because the booking was not in my name, although they had my ID proof saved during hotel stay. They have no value for time. If they had my stay and ID details in record, why couldn’t they give me the watch? There must be some reason why I came to collect, right? Never coming back to this place ever again.

        This hotel is a boutique hotel, charges about 3.5K and has big rooms, but most of the things in their rooms doesn't work. Like switch was broken , wifi doesn't work here. Untill you call and ask for something they won't give you. Like towel and water nothing would be given untill you ask for it. I would not recommend this hotel at this price range.

        Needs better housekeeping.. and lot of cleaning...lots of mosquitoes inside the rooms...the only saving grace is the staff

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
