During my stay at the budget hotel, I observed a mix of positives and drawbacks. On the positive side, the rooms were kept tidy, contributing to a generally clean and comfortable atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the rooms were relatively small, which might be a consideration for those who prefer more spacious accommodations. The staff members were a highlight of the experience, as their friendliness and helpfulness added a warm touch to the overall stay. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to the overall impression of the hotel. On the downside, one notable aspect that could be improved was the dining experience. While the food served was acceptable, the lack of variety became apparent as it remained the same every day. Additionally, there was an issue with the replenishment of food items, which meant that guests often found themselves facing shortages or having to wait for replacements. In summary, this budget hotel provides a satisfactory stay with tidy rooms and a friendly staff. However, potential guests should be aware of the limited room space and the need for improvements in the variety and replenishment of the daily food offerings.

The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly too. I stayed here during the recent cyclone and while the city was flooded this place was not affected. They served breakfast all 3 days of my stay while the restaurants closed due to shortage of employees and food. The room had good storage space as well Overall a pleasant stay…!!

In house restaurant has very limited menu and you can order from 11AM to 9PM. At 9:15PM we ordered glass of milk for toddler baby. The staff said we cannot arrange as you are 15 mins late. We requested it is for baby and its raining outside we don't know how to arrange. The staff was so rude that they cannot understand that it is for 1 year old baby. The staff is not supporting at all. Avoid this hotel for poor service. To my shock I came to know this is not hotel where you can have proper stay but it is service appartment. Strong avoid for poor staff and service.

Poor service of the hotel. No one helped us with the luggage, we had to carry our own luggage to reception. The room key was not working, again we had to wait for 15 minutes. Then the bedsheet of the allotted room was dirty. Breakfast is not available even 15 minutes before the scheduled time, even we had informed we had a early morning flight. I couldn't see the staff was interested in providing any good service to it's occupants. I will bever book this hotel again due to bad service.

Excellent location in a quiet residential alleys of bustling T nagar. Ambience is spartan, neat, clean, inviting Staff is courteous, proactive, hospitable, generous to provide early checkin and late check out Rooms are spacious enough for 2 people, with nice beds, well appointed, very clean bathrooms, thoughtful design, basic toiletries, hot water facility, good fixtures, quality linen, mini fridge and locker. Safe, secure environment. Mr. Hari at break fast counter in basement is a thorough professional, well groomed, mild mannered, super efficient. Breakfast spread is sufficiently large and tastes good. Overall, an excellent stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
