I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel managed by an outstanding team. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the level of service and professionalism was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive to my needs, always greeted me with a smile, and were quick to address any requests or questions I had. It's evident that they take great pride in their work and in ensuring the satisfaction of their guests. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained. My room was clean, well-appointed, and provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the cleanliness and organization of the hotel was remarkable. Additionally, the management team demonstrated a strong commitment to guest safety and adhered to all necessary health and safety protocols, which was greatly appreciated during these challenging times. Overall, my experience at this hotel managed by such a dedicated and efficient team was outstanding. I left feeling well taken care of and with a deep appreciation for their hard work and dedication to providing a top-notch guest experience. The rooms were good. Neat washrooms and geyser was also provided. The receptionist and staff were courteous. The building did not have lift. The thing i didn't like about the hotel is they lied about breakfast. Told us that breakfast would start at 8 AM on the rooftop, but when we went, we waited so long. The waiter told us food is being prepared, but when we saw the kitchen ,forget about food ,there is no cylinder at all. Anyway they arranged breakfast in a nearby hotel later.

We had a great experience of hospitality at this hotel from the moment we arrived untill we departed. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The room was well decorated in a pure traditional way,which was a unique and unusual ambience. We would recommend to have the experience of food at this hotel. The quality of food and serving behaviour of staff set a high standard. We felt fully satisfied and rejuvenated with the level of services. It is our personal recommendation that everyone must stay here once to experience the best

Had an amazing stay at The Golden House. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, especially Mr. Manish. The location is great, all tourist attractions are close and can be accessed by walk or the hotel can arrange an auto/cab at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for solo travellers as well, being one myself. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Golden House.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Jaisalmer. First of all, it’s well located and we can go by walk to the fort, to the lake and more. It’s also a really beautiful authentic hotel, with a splendid decoration. The rooms are big and so beautiful, with the paintings, the curtains, the tables … and this is the cleanest hotel I have seen in India, which I really appreciate. The staff is also professional and super nice. They’ll make sure you have a great stay. 🙏 thanks

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
