An old establishment with great view and excellent service. I wish the buildings and surroundings were maintained or managed bit better. The rooms were comfortable value accommodation, they need to replace the old white linen on the bed. The rooms.were old and tired but were neat. The views from our Chalets were exceptional with a mountain sunset. The winding roads through the rainforest was a nice experience. One notable aspect was the great service, the staff were always willing to help.

The resort was under maintenance when we visited there. The rooms were clean but the outer area like steps and walkways were not swept. Homely food was available and the manager was very courteous. The view from the room is awesome where we could see two rivers (we presumed it as Neyaar and Chitaar). The only negative aspect is that there were no room boys to carry our luggage to our rooms. The rooms could be reached after climbing a lot of steep stairs. We carried out luggage all the way both during check in and check out. Hope this won't happen in the future.

The property is situated at the peak of ponmudi hills with good mountain views offered from premium cottages. However the rooms are very badly maintained and need a total revamp. The linens (towels/bedsheets/ pillow cover) everything needs to be replaced. The food served at the restaurant is good.

Just that it was old, still a good place for a picnic..only the rich could afford it decades back...heard it's all going to be rebuilt. Might be good if you looking for a peaceful and quiet stay away from major holiday spots. Especially in heavy rains and winter. But location itself is not comparable to good hill station like Munnar or Kodaikanal.

Location is great & the view from cliff Rooms are awesome( all rooms doesn't provide this view , go for cliff Rooms - room number starts with C ) .But Rooms are not well maintained .Hygiene needs to improve & interior patchworks to be done .I am happy with service . Overall I'll give 3.5 / 5

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
