        Let's start with the positives. The room was impressively clean, and it was evident that the housekeeping team follows the standards. The cleanliness added a significant comfort factor to my stay, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a well-kept environment. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the poor state of the elevators. Despite having three lifts, only one was operational for most of my stay. The constant power outages further exacerbated the issue, making it an inconvenient experience. The frequent stops and sudden jerks during elevator rides were unnerving, to say the least. Unfortunately, the lack of maintenance and safety concerns with the lifts significantly impacted the overall impression of the hotel. Moreover, the front office staff's lack of initiative was disappointing. Room was not ready after the check in time was crossed. Not once did anyone offer assistance with our luggage, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. A little courtesy and assistance can go a long way in making guests feel valued and appreciated. the food ordered at room service met basic expectations. While it wasn't extraordinary, it was satisfactory.

Slow Room Service: The most frustrating aspect of my stay was the incredibly slow room service. I found myself waiting for amenities for an unreasonably long time, even after making multiple requests. This delayed service significantly impacted my overall experience, leaving me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. 2. Multiple Reminders: I was surprised by the number of times I had to remind the hotel staff about my requests. It seemed like a lack of communication within the hotel, as each reminder required me to explain my needs again, which was not only tiresome but also reflected poorly on the hotel's organization and efficiency. 3. Charging for Cutlery: One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the hotel's policy of charging extra for cutlery. This is an unusual and unwelcome practice. Cutlery should be a basic and complimentary service in any hotel, and this extra charge was an unnecessary and unpleasant surprise. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the guest experience in the future.

        Well enough in this budget. The room space is fine. Washrooms are little small. Small amenities are missing like room slippers, iron etc. Hygiene can be better. The food was nice. Overall it's nice experience in this budget, just few things can be better.

        Perhaps the most affordable Suites in the Delhi NCR area. Booked two Suites for a Staycation. The suites had a separate sitting area and a bedroom. Very spacious. Amenities like Oven also present in the Suite. Gym was small but equipped with good amount of equipments. Highlight was the Breakfast Buffet with a lot of variety. Definitely recommended for couples or family.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
