        Worst staff, service & ambience. Had visited this place once. The staff is very rude.. If you question them about something which is going wrong they will call bouncers on you and throw you out of the restaurant and try to hit you. The staff will never allow you to keep your point of speak to higher up. They think they are the owners of the property and can treat you like this. The food is also worst.

        We had been to Banjara restaurant of Goldfinch Hotel with our family two days back. We had their Bahubali Dinner buffet at Banjara. The staff were very polite and professional in their service. The ambience was awesome with live music and singing which was such a memorable one for the entire family. The food was also yummy. Since we enjoyed the starters a lot, we couldn't try all the items on the Main course but we tried almost all the items on the desserts menu and it was awesome. Thank you Team Banjara and Goldfinch Hotel for a great evening and memorable experience at your place. We had the best time.

        Comparing other 4 star hotels , the overall experience here personally felt like that of a 3 star hotel. The Boufet dinner had minimum dishes and what ever they serve was upto the mark. The welcomer in the hotel entrance ( A Punjabi guy) needs much appreciation in the way he treates and greets the guest.

        Writting this on behalf of ZOHO corporation meeting on 05/10/2023 No proper space for parking, The air conditioner (AC) stopped working in the middle of the meeting, The food quality is very bad and the area of the buffet is so small, As per the hotel suggestion Hall size is for 160 people but after experiencing this hall for good for 70 to 80 people. Toilets are not clean. Overall unsatisfied experience.

        I stayed in a single room. The room and washroom size was a little small. The hotel wifi didn't work well. Cleanliness, behaviour of staff, food all deserve 5 stars. Enjoyed their restaurant.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
