Awesome hotel. The location was extremely easy to find and reach. Checking-in and checking-out was smooth. The team helped me with an early check in. Room service is splendid. Housekeeping needs hats of. Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Lunch at Sana-Di-Ge was great and tasty

Had gone there for a friend's wedding and stayed the night over. Great rooms, great service, great food. I suggest this a great place for a quiet weekend away from the hustle bustle of life. Not too far away from the city but far enough to enjoy some time off. Happy my friend selected this as a wedding venue.

This place was so much better than expected! We attended a wedding here recently and everything from service to arrangements were really good. The food and quality control of the catering was extremely top notch. Staff was extremely polite. Very nice to see this from a hotel that is not amongst the big names! Hope to come back here soon!

We have attended quite a few occassions of our families here. this we had attended a wedding. This place is good even their service is good. rooms are great. swimming pool is clean and safe. but this time I somehow didnt like their service. By the time we started to eat it was almost 2.30 and the food was cold. Even the soup was cold like water. I mean its a wedding if somebody has booked the most imp event of their life with you atlst you can do the least by treating their guest with hot food coz food was good. And the others who ate after me including the bride n bridegroom and their families had cold food. I will not refer them to anybody next time.

I had booked the entire resort for my wedding for 2 days. The team at goldfinch were thoroughly professional and cooperative. The rooms were very spacious. Our guests were comfortable and well handled. Food was awesome courtesy chef Passang and his team. Saju Matthew, the GM , went above and beyond to help us further smoothen the logistics. Sushmita from his team too was of immense help, not just during the wedding but before and after as well. Thank you team. Forever grateful. You all helped us have a very memorable experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
