I booked a deluxe room, but they have provided me a room looking like an ordinary room with no space. The room looks like a store room. Also, I discussed this earlier that I will do checkout after 2-3 hours as I am having my vehicle booked. They confirmed me that there is no such problem. But at the end, they put the charge of one more day. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. Even, they are not eligible to get 1 star review. Its a 0 star from my end.

Room shown in pic is completely different... Everytime room sting.. no fan no AC no ventilation nothing... Ultra dirty room .. kitchen was just ok... But it felt like food served was not fresh...when we asked matar paneer they served us paneer with uncooked green chilli chopped in size of pea ... They don't help u in any manner... Most worst hotel I ever saw.... Wifi signal was also so poor... Lake view is just from their roof top... They have no windows to open .. windows r sealed... So Facilities: 0 View: 3 Staff: 2 Food: 2 No parking facility...

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
