My parents went there for 3 nights trip 1st off all I booked two rooms first but suddenly I needed to cancel one room and when i cancelled it I got an mail that no cancellation fee was charged then once my parents reached over there they charged money of that cancel room and even after a long journey they don't have a basic ethics to ask them later on after that once I confirmed I get to kno that they have source whom I paid advance previously and that person stop receiving my call I paid 1700 extra without any reason Secondly the person who was in reception was not available whenever my parents needed them And the behaviour of the staff is also bad The location is totally different when I booked this hotel they said it's near the ghat but actually every day they have to travel for 1 hr in toto to reach the ghat The price of the food is just unreasonable The same food that my parents had outside in 60 they gave it to the in 260 Overall it was the worst experience we have faced Not recommended any one to over there

Such a Terrible and uneducated Staff is here whose name was Mishra ....Booking was already done here and he is saying no booking has been done here...also shown the Booking ID still they say the same....I would suggest not to waste your time and Money on such cheap hotels....they are just Scammers who are just looting the travellers

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
