        My stay at this hotel was a letdown. The room didn't match the misleading photos, hospitality was subpar, and charging 1000 rupees extra for a mattress felt unjust. To add to the disappointment, basic essentials like soaps and toothpaste were not provided. The absence of a jet spray in the washroom was inconvenient. Overall, it wasn't worth the price paid.

        I recently had an experience at Hotel Radha Continental in Nainital during a long weekend. Unfortunately, due to the high demand, they charged us Rs. 5000 for our stay, while we felt the actual value of the hotel was closer to Rs. 500. We tried to negotiate with them, explaining our situation and our intention to check out early the next morning, but they remained adamant. This was the worst hotel I had ever seen. Moreover, even with this special price of 5000, they provided us used bed sheets and pillow covers which were too stinky. This left us feeling like we had been taken advantage of. It is clearly a fraudulent practice and their properly should be delisted from every site. We cannot recommend this hotel to others based on our experience.

        We,group of 19 people stayed there for one night.Hygiene was totally missing there.Bedsheets weren't clean and so with toilets.Bathroom,bucket,mug were very dirty.Toilet jet wasn't working properly.Even when we ordered food,some black insects were all over the food. They have uploaded old images of their hotels when it was newly constructed on their website.When we confronted manager and owner they asked us to cancel booking but we had kids so anyhow spent one night there.

        They are frauds, make fake promises. I made booking for 2 days and it made me cost higher so contacted the customer care for help. They made the price lower by giving an offer and asked for the advance payment. After getting the payment they start saying, senior are denying for the offer and you have to pay the previous amount. Just making fraud promise to get the advance payment.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
