        I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent booking experience through Agoda, and I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. I booked two rooms for my family at the GoRoomGo Samrat Palace Hotel. Unfortunately, upon our arrival at 8:30 am (despite the 8 am check-in time), we faced an extremely distressing situation. The hotel staff not only refused our booking but also used inappropriate language to describe our Agoda reservation. Shockingly, they even shouted at us and had already allocated the rooms to other guests without our consent. This incident was not only disheartening but also incredibly challenging for my family, particularly considering the presence of my 80-year-old father.         Booked this hotel via Booking Dot Com. After going there found the hotel to be full smelling like rotten garbage. Empty Alcohol bottles in corridors. Room was cheap motel room whereas booked Deluxe AC. Stairs only, no lift. Indian toilet, very few has Western. Finally it was so much unsuitable I had to change hotel. Location wise it's ok but lane inside which this is located is not proper and full of mud if it rains. Pay extra few hundreds and stay at better place.

        I have booked for this hotel from 25 to 28 january and paid 2000 in advance bit they denied at the last minute and told to cancel it .Money didn't refunded and I with all 3 my family members which includes elderly and child also are in the middle of nowhere just 9 hrs before check in in the midnight.Refund is also not given.hotel staff and booking com customer care rudely behaved and talked with us.Very unpleasant and saddest experience.
