        Service was very very poor. Nothing worked in the room. People working there doesn’t even know how to fix things. They didnt provide any towels, the telephone was not working so each time had to visit reception. Our geezer was not working and when asked 4 people came to check and lied again and again that it is fixed. When asked for hot water they didn’t respond well and just not bothered at all. We were given option to shift to another average hotel that had hot water facility. Worst experience and worst service!!!

        Stayed with my family for seven days. Overall it's a good experience. Sea beach is nearly 100 mts from the hotel. Room is neat and clean. All staff are helpful. Special thanks to Shushant. Food quality and quantity are satisfactory. But tea 🍵 should be served early in the morning 🌄 and in the evening 🌆.

They didnt provide any towels, the telephone was not working so each time had to visit reception. Our geezer was not working and when asked 4 people came to check and lied again and again that it is fixed. When asked for hot water they didn’t respond well and just not bothered at all. We were given option to shift to another average hotel that had hot water facility. Worst experience and worst service!!!

        The rooms are in good condition as well as neat and clean. The beach is just 300mtrs away from the hotel however the temple is far. Further the hotel services for food and beverage are bad as they have odd serving hours as well as take a lot of time which is very problematic when you travel with senior citizens as well as kids. Also the road condition outside the hotel is terrible which can be improved when numerous hotels in that area take an action to improve it.
