The rooms are shabby and rather stuffy. The food is not much. the staff behaviour is OK. Somewhat away from the main New Digha Sea Beach. Poor ambience.

Not good enough to stay on vacation, the owner/caretaker does not care about customers, he tells everyone to be back by 10 PM to the hotel, people come for vacation, they do not want restrictions on their movement, really worst experience. Will not advice anyone to stay there.

I stayed at this place for 4 nights and 3 days, My Experience was superb, First things that are very pocket friendly rooms available here, Second Just 5 to 8 minutes walking distance from New Digha Sea beach. Third Just 10-12 Minutes walking distance from Digha Railway station. Good service was received from the staff of this place. And I recommend one thing that if you stayed at this place, Just try food from this place you don't need to go outside for the food. They serve very tasty and delicious food. Especially the person who manages all things, he is the main cook of this place, he makes very tasty and delicious food. And they maintain very clean and hygiene of the kitchen and foods. Overall my 4-day experience was great. The rooms are very clean, toilet are also very clean. But I request one thing to the management of the holiday home/residency please at least give some movies/Entertainment channels on the TV so people can entertain themselves when they are inside the room. Because mobile networks are also not good inside the room, Wifi Speed is very poor. Apart from that the overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

First and foremost they allowed us to bring all four of our pet dogs and keep them with us in the room. Most hotels refused us the moment they heard about so many dogs. The staff was very polite and friendly and the customer service, the food everything were super good. If someone wants to travel with their pets this is a great place to check out. Though even without pets the hotel provides an excellent service to its customers. Overall the experience was great

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
