The place is peaceful to stay but it is very difficult to reach at that place, if you have your own vehicle than you can plan to visit otherwise I will not recommend with public transport as there is hardly any connectivity. Talking about the food really pathetic they only serve packed food and also the cost is too high and also you have to park your vehicle atleast 300 meter away from the property as the bridge which connected property has been broken you have to cross the river to reach there by own as do don’t send anyone from there staff to recieve the guest.Averall its just an below average economy. Suggestions : Please improve your food as the food you are serving is totally pathetic, Please make fresh food for your guest rather than some kind of pathetic packed food. If you are charging that much amount of charges for food atleast serve something which atleast guest can eat. 130 for Ready to eat Aloo Paranta like seriously.

I've travelled to a lot of locations but this place had a completely different vibe. It was like being transported to a different world - tucked away about an hour from the main city, in a scenic unspoilt location, with modern (and colorful!) comfort, delicious food, clean rooms and washrooms, strong WiFi, plenty of space and amenities as advertised. There are instagrammable spots at every nook and corner. And the staff - they deserve a huge appreciation! I didn't meet a single person who didn't smile, or offer to help. Lovely people! Great place to unwind in the lap of nature. Thank you goSTOPS Maldevta!

Guys, do not go here at night. This is terribly located and there's no street light or a single signboard. I'm a localite and still got lost here. It was terrifying experience to reach here. Rest, the staff was good and hospitable. The frozen food(which is a little expensive) availability is 24/7. There is a lot of space to sit outside and there are games as well. But Rooms were not very neat and clean.

Really a very bad locaton. No landscape, nothing. Just construction happening all around making it so noisy and you will get sound of machines all the time. It's so dry and difficult to reach. All you will find is sand, dust and dry ruins and heavy machineries. Don't trust pictures

Peaceful location but hard to reach now with the bridge missing, also they don't have a solution for getting there without beeing ripped of by taxi drivers. If arriving at night by bus or so it will be cheaper and easier to book a hotel in dehradun. 35-40mins from Dehradun Rooms and location is nice if the transportation would be somehow organized..

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
