Not a Paid Review Coming from a guy who prefers to book on the spot, don't be misguided by the Location. This hotel is a gem hidden amongst the stones. They have a PARKING SPACE in the basement. The staff( both the hospitality and housekeeping) is super duper friendly and caters to the details. The sheets and pillow covers were changed on a simple request. ( not beacuse they were dirty or anything but my friend was allergic and preferred fresh sheets). The biggest plus is the food and the dining area is super classy.

Best hotel we stayed at in India. The staff members were very nice and helpful. They have a small gym you can use at an extra cost. Breakfast area was nice, you order what you want and they bring it to your table. They also have a small rooftop where you can relax. Some unpredicted stuff happened to us on arrival and the owner helped us out arranging to change our date for check-in. Location in itself was about 30 minute drive from major things to visit but it was in an area with a lot of small shops where you could walk around for a bit.

Very conveniently located close to the airport, with nice light rooms (and clean!!) with a very friendly and helpful hospitality team, and even more amenities like free laundry, a mini gym and a terrace cafe to unwind. We found a warm welcome from the owner himself upon checking in, and were taken care of very well by Mr. Manoj of the reception team. Great value for money.

I spent hours and hours researching about hotels in Mahipalpur only to find out that each of them was either dodgy, fake, writing their own fake reviews or having a history of bed bugs (or combination of these). Gracious was the first hotel that I found that didn't seem to have any of those issues, so I booked 5 nights in 3 separate stays. I got a different room for each stay and each of them was clean and overall well maintained. The rooms have fridge, bedside tables, wardrobes, air conditioning and TV which I've never turned on. Bathroom has some basic toileterries and is clean with hot water (just don't forget to turn on the boiler). Staff was friendly and polite. The owner was especially nice, I requested vegan breakfast upon booking and when I first checked in, he gave me a 4-page list of vegan foods that they're able to prepare! I ended up trying most of them and they were all delicious and reasonabldy priced. Especially the sabudana khichdi and besan chilla. Also, one day I had an early flight and the staff cooked breakfast for me at 5 am! You guys are awesome! I only have two small complaints - 1) the bed was too short. I am 183 cm and I had to sleep diagonally so that my feet don't stick out. It was no problem because I was solo, but it would be a problem if I had to share the bed. 2) there is some traffic noise from outside but this is an issue in every city hotel in India. Overall this was a great hotel, one of my favourite in India, and I will happily recommend it to my friends if they ever come to Delhi. Given the price that I paid, it was excellent value.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Being very near to the airport it made my travel experience absolutely seamless.The food was truly wonderful, offering a delightful varieties. The cleanliness and hygiene standards of the place were impressive, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. Can't wait to visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
