        It was a very comfortable & pleasant stay with Grand Cascade. The staff & service is very friendly. The restaurant is tasty too. The property location is right opposite to Central metro entrance which makes it accessible for everyone. The manager Irshad Hussain is very cooperative. Overall a very wonderful stay at Chennai.

        Very good property at this price with decent breakfast. Room service is good but a little slow kitchen. The staff is excellent and courteous. I'm coming back here for sure.

        I had called up this hotel to book a room and they told me we have enough of rooms u can directly come and book take it. As i was travelling back Hyderabad my parents me and my husband we tired we just directly drove to the hotel and when i reached there i went to the reception and asked them for a room they were like we dont have rooms and the front desk person was so rude he had his attitude and ego was on the tip of his nose he even ill treated my old parents and spoke so rudely and i told him i called and asked to book and u responded that there are room and kindly come. He was like if u want room u should have told i have all the call recoding with the reception person. This is the worst customer service i will never ever recommend any one to come to this hotel the worst service and the worst staffs that i have ever seen. Useless hotel and useless service they mention they are in the city in the bypass and other things nothing they are situated deep inside and they show the attitude like the are Marriott or Taj none of the hotels i have ever visited has or would treat their customer like this kindly dont go to the hotel that guy at the reception was even rude to my old parents too.

        The room we were provided was horrible, room was very dark. No adequate ventilation or Light. Washroom was very small. No Hot water even if we keep the water running for 15 minutes as they tell you to do it will only become mild hot. Noise from other rooms keeps coming. The floor was sticky. Bed was dirty. We were finding random hair everywhere. And best of all there was lizard. Booked for 3 days but immediately cancelled it and moved to a new Hotel. Horrible stay, wouldn’t recommend.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
