        Getting bad smell, non hygenic rooms, cockroaches roaming around the bed. Blankets were not washed. It was horrible experience. Recommended not to go with this stay

        Not worth for money. You can easily find 10X better hotels in this price with awesome hospitality. AC leakage in all balconies. Mosquitoes and no white blanket as standard provided mostly in all hotels. Water bottles are chargeable. Must be provided each day of stay. No extras towel you can ask for. Swimming pool is like a water storage and not worthy. Breakfast menu has only two options each day.

        Too Good by location, Budget friendly, Owners and management are more helpful, but need some look on service (specific room service, service staff is "apne maan ka raja") and need major look out on hotel maintenance (last 2 yr is very bad for industry but as a visitor we need some cleanliness & humble service). PS: never ever book hotel by the agents me & hotel owners have some issue from the agents.

        Hotel is clean, nice rooms, don't have proper parking place but can allot you somewhere nearby. Currently there is construction work going on in the hotel which is not highlighted while booking. Hot water is not available all the time and not necessarily that it will be available until the work is completed. They provide when requested but only one bucket which is not good. Calangute beach is about 10 mins walking. So overall good place to stay but just check if any work is ongoing or not
