The food and the restaurant is excellent. The restaurant service is excellent - Ms Dimpi especially was very prompt in her service. Room service was also very good. However, the front desk service needs more professionalism. They should treat their customers more respectfully. We had big trouble checking-in and the head manager had to come in to sorted it out. I would have given 5-star if not for the front desk service.
