        We booked the Crystal hall in the month of March 2023 for our event in December 2023. Most of our interactions with the sales and decoration team was smooth. They also helped us in selection of menu which was very helpful. The incharge of actual event and the supporting staff too were very decent and cooperative. They made separate arrangements for Jain food which was not in the contract. Food quality was excellent. Overall a very nice and satisfying experience..

        Convenient, friendly staff and value for money. I would gladly revisit and recommend this hotel to others. As I was leaving after a 7 nights stay Poonam in the restaurant packed some food for my road trip. It was a lovely and thoughtful gesture.

        Lovely stay. Great staff and very accommodative in terms of requests. And great value for money in terms of service provided and stay. Just one thing Wifi access needs to be improved. Great food and good spread in terms of buffer for breakfast as well as dinner

        This is 5 star hotel with mid range price. I am not really sure why this is 5 star from normal experience and feel point of view. But overall this is decent place. We stayed there for 3 night with family, young kids. This is not a kid friendly hotel. Positives: 1. Decent price 2. Good spacious rooms 3. Variety in breakfast 4. Decent, professional reception experience 5. Centrally located, Vadodara is not big though. Negatives: 1. No games, fun area for kids 2. Sometimes room service will be slow, very slow Suggestions: 1. Add carpet in rooms. Old white tiles make room feel older. 2. Overall customer experience was good, but try being more friendly or show empathy. Walking extra mile with service ads great value. In our stay only 2 executives tried to be friendly with my 2 yr old that too on last day. Overall i would say good hotel but need more human touch.
