All staff are very polite and cooperative,hotel amenities are clean, food are yummy,you need more cravings for dinner, excellent service and staff but as take cost per day around 17000 Is very expensive because room quality and bathroom asseceriry are poor condition,bed 🛏️ cusion want to change, furniture are very bed maintenance

This place is one of the best hotels in Kashmir. If you wish to enjoy your food with the views of nature and mountains around you then this is the perfect place for you. The food and services are amazing. I loved the High Tea snacks more than the lunch that I did there. But the views are just breathtaking!✨🔥

The Grand Mumtaz Resort, Pahalgam, situated on a hilltop, is a comfortable resort with good in house dining facilities, and a good menu to choose from. The rooms have either a golf course view( right next door) or a hill top( pines 🌲and firs view). The service is good and prompt. The rooms have wooden floors and low carved ceilings ( in some rooms). The decor is fuss free with no heavy or dark drapes. There are suites which go above a lac per night and rooms. For a memorable and quiet stay at Pahalgam, a stay at The Grand Mumtaz is highly recommended.

Place is undergoing renovations. Too noisy and messy. Not worth the money. Definitely not Radisson standard. Food option is very less. Specially sweets.. Just Luaki Halwa and the worst Malpua ever. Wifi stopped working no zero coverage of Vodaphone network. The worst part was while talking to the guy at reception for extra room(just for sleeping as we have extra bed booked), he was very happy to announce that the room costs 12k. So he thinks that we don't know and booked it without this knowledge. Huh.. The bathroom was missing glass partition and when I informed in the morning, the reception person told- kal bhi to missing tha.. not the reply I was expecting. Later they changed the room. It's far from river so you will need to walk a lot if u want to visit local market. If u have not booked this hotel yet, PLEASE DON'T

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
